  1. WHAT INFORMATION DOES INUGO COLLECT?
    • Inugo collects information relating to you that you have provided to Inugo when registering for Inugo’s services, or at any later time. The information may include your name, address, telephone numbers, credit card and banking details. The information may be held by Inugo while you are using Inugo’s services and for a period of time afterwards, but only for so long as Inugo is legally entitled to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   2. HOW DOES INUGO USE YOUR INFORMATION?
    1. The information that Inugo collects from you may be used for a number of purposes connected with Inugo’s business, such as:
      • processing your requests for carparking and your payments;
      • carrying out credit checking and scoring;
      • providing you with services you have requested and administering your account;
      • billing you and collecting any debt owed by you to Inugo;
      • providing information to carpark owners and operators in respect of your use of carparks or payments due by you in respect of carparking;
      • dealing with requests, enquiries or complaints from you;
      • carrying out any activity in connection with a legal, governmental or regulatory requirement on Inugo or in connection with legal proceedings, crime or fraud prevention, detection or prosecution;
      • for general administrative and business purposes.
  3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
    1. There may be times when Inugo discloses your personal information to third parties. If Inugo does this, information will be disclosed only to:
      • companies related to Inugo, that may use and disclose your information for the same purposes as Inugo;
      • owners and operators of carparks, or other entities which provide products or services that support the services Inugo provide;
      • credit reference agencies, who may share the information with other organisations and who may keep a record of the searches we make against your name;
      • debt collection agencies or companies, in order to collect any money owing by you;
      • anyone to whom Inugo transfers a business of which you are a customer or potential customer;
      • anyone who assists Inugo in protecting the operation of its networks or systems;
      • anyone who hosts or maintains data centres, service platforms or other infrastructure and systems where your information is processed;
      • persons to whom we may be required to pass your information by reason of legal, governmental or regulatory authority, including law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
  4. PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. Inugo will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information it collects, uses and discloses is accurate, complete, up to date and stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
  5. ACCESS AND CORRECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
      • You have the right to access personal information about you if Inugo holds that personal information in a way that it can be readily retrieved, subject to some exceptions provided at law. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you by sending Inugo an email to [email protected].
      • You can request correction or amendment of the information held by Inugo at any time by sending us an email to [email protected] and specifying the information that you wish to be changed.
